It is indeed difficult to describe these collars...they really have to
be seen to be appreciated. At the core is a cord comprised of
polypropylene and parachute cord to give them incredible durability and
strength. And on the outside...the beads! All of the highest quality and
brilliance, and coated with a clear protectent to maintain and extend
the life of the beads.
The modified slip choke engages without choking, providing maximum
control for the human over the dog, and safety from choking should the
collar get caught on a fence, branch, etc. Collars are also available
with a standard, sturdy clip if you prefer.
Beaded collars are available with 2, 3 or 4 strands.
2 Strands for necks measuring 10 - 13 inches.
3 Strands for necks measuring 13 - 23 inches.
4 Strands for necks measuring 19 inches and up. (Please call for necks
measuring larger than 25 inches.)
To ensure a proper fit of the slip choke, 2 measurements are required:
the widest part of the head, and the exact size of the neck.
To ensure a proper fit of the buckle collar, measure the exact size of
the neck. Please note the buckle collars are not adjustable.
