Sales Tax
A sales tax of
7% is added to all orders shipped to Georgia addresses.
Shipping
For your convenience we offer several shipping alternatives from the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. Shipping charges are calculated on the purchase price of your order according to the chart below. A per order handling fee is of $2.50 is added to the total at time of check-out.

Due to
space restrictions some of the items offered are not kept in stock and may be
shipped directly from the manufacturer. In stock items are shipped Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Items Marked for Free Shipping
The purchase price of items qualifying for free
shipping will not be calculated into the shipping cost of your purchase.
Shipping charges will be applied to any other items in your shopping cart not
designated for free shipping.
Payment
Paws and Tails accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. We use Authorize.Net® for secure online payment processing. The customer information is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Paws-and-Tails will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Paws-and-Tails will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Paws-and-Tails while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Canceling/Changing your order
If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at 1-800-660-3647. Once the order has shipped and not yet been delivered you will only be charged for shipping and the merchandise will be credited.
Authorized returns will be accepted within 10 days of the shipping date.
