Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7% is added to all orders shipped to Georgia addresses.

Shipping
For your convenience we offer several shipping alternatives from the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. Shipping charges are calculated on the purchase price of your order according to the chart below.

$25.01 - $50.00…..$9.95
$50.01 - $150.00…..$14.95
over $150.00…..Free

Due to space restrictions and /or custom made items, shipping times vary, some items shipped directly from the manufacturer. In stock items are shipped as soon as possible, but due to our heavy travel schedule there, may be small delay. Intl Shipping will be calculated on actual postal charges. We will send an email explaining the add on charges, and invoice you for the difference.

Items Marked for Free Shipping
The purchase price of items qualifying for free shipping will not be calculated into the shipping cost of your purchase. Shipping charges will be applied to any other items in your shopping cart not designated for free shipping.

Paws and Tails accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. We use Stripe® processing for secure online payments.All customer information is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Paws-and-Tails will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Paws-and-Tails will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Paws-and-Tails while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Canceling/Changing your order
If you need to cancel/change your order please notify us immediately via email at orders@paws-and-tails.com.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns are the obligation of the customer, and must have prior authorization. Authorized exchanges/returns will be accepted within 10 days of the shipping date of those items.

Items returned after they have shipped will be fully refunded, less shipping charges, once the item has been received.
